Ursi is a Seattle based husband/wife music duo.  Sam and Maile Sundquist have been playing music together in some form since early 2000 and are hopping to never stop.  Maile is a vocalist, guitarist and plays the Irish whistle, ukulele, and percussion instruments and Sam is a vocalist, guitarist, and bassist. Both are lyricists and compose digitally.  Their music reflects their love for New Wave music from the 80’s, catchy pop, and melancholy epic compositions.  It is catchy, with strong vocals, and depth which fuses the best of the past with the best of the future in a genre they like to call Umbrella Pop!
